We value the trust you place in us. That’s why we insist upon the highest standards for secure transactions and customer information privacy. Please read the following statement to learn about our Refund and T&C Policy:-
1. Broken and Damage to any materials is not to be entertained. Person needs to pay the fine or amount of the damage material.
2. Fees deposited once after cannot be adjusted or refundable.
3. Please maintain silence in the library premises and always carry an ID Proof.
4. The library is authorized to change the rules and regulation at any point to time without prior notice.
5. We shall be thankful for your cooperation and support.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
The KV Library reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order. The KV Library at its sole discretion may cancel any reservation(s):
i. If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or
ii. If it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use or
